Join me for a 6 week New Year Restorative Programme where we will begin the year by taking time, turning inward and nourishing the body using this healing and recuperative practice. During each class we will use props and blankets to support the body in simple yoga poses which triggers the parasympathic nervous system to achieve a deep level of relaxation. This calming practice releases tense muscles, relieves joint aches, and transitions the mind and body giving one a sense of peace and calm for this new year..
