Childrens Yoga with Louise focus mainly on Hatha Yoga or Physical Yoga. This involves the use of breathing techniques, physical poses, partner work, singing games, artwork and relaxations. Classes are taught in a fun manner using the medium of storytelling, adventures and games for children to enjoy. In an increasingly busy and pressurised world  enabling children to learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age builds self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive. Fostering cooperation and compassion—instead of opposition—is a great gift to give our children.

Family Yoga

In our busy world it is important to spend quality time together as a family. Practicing Family Yoga together is a special way to connect one to one with your child/children. Take time to reconnect with each-other while enabling your child to learn different poses and breathing techniques to calm the body in a unique and fun environment.
Singing , movement, partner yoga, story-telling , breath work and games are all combined within the yoga practice to facilitate a fun and playful environment.
