About Louise

Louise Waters’ love of natural therapies began when she trained in 1999 in Aromatherapy Massage. Her journey has led her to qualify as a Western Herbalist and Naturopath and to train in a variety of massage disciplines including Ayurevedic Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage and Lymphatic Massage. She is also an Eminence Organic Beauty Master Therapist, specialises in Mama Mio Maternity Treatments and is a trained Fertility Massage Therapist. A keen yogi Louise is also a 200 hour RYT Vinyasa Yoga instructor and a Children’s Yoga Teacher. Having managed numerous award-winning spas, including Delphi Mountain Resort Louise has settled in her native village Strandhill in the North West and has opened her own practice Louise Waters Natural Therapies.

"My very energetic 7 year old son absolutely loved his yoga classes with Louise. I wasn't sure how he would manage in a calm, relaxed environment as he is a very busy boy but she made it so much fun and is fantastic at relating to young children. My 4 year old daughter has been going to Louise Waters children's yoga class for just under a year now. She absolutely loves it. Louise is a kind, patient and gentle teacher, who makes learning the practise of yoga a fun experience for children. My daughter has learned many of the basic stretches and poses in yoga and often takes out her mat at home and practises! I would recommend this to all parents of little people!
